Hi, I’m Jess!

The role of doula called to me out of my love for empowering the strength of women🧡 Women have this innate ability to achieve the incredible [growing humans!] so why not harness that by cultivating intuition - combined with a little bit of education, confidence and trust - and birth the way you want to?! I currently provide support in the South Bay, Long Beach, and most of LA county.

I am a professional certification candidate via DONA International’s birth doula program. DONA is the leader in evidence-based doula training, certification, and continuing education, so you’re in great hands! I am also a Pure Barre instructor of nearly a decade, a military spouse and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. In addition to being well-versed in physical/emotional comfort measures and labor-progressive positioning, I have completed childbirth classes, I can help with preliminary lactation consulting and I’m certified in use of the peanut ball for labor.
